Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed after 3pm will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days) – [UPS]

Shipping Carriers

International Shipping

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Dirty2Dreamy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.
  • If your package is lost or stolen, please file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • If the order has already shipped, we are unable to make changes, and the customer may need to place a new order.
